Printing Wallet Sized Pictures.
I am glad I started this bloging goal for myself, because without it, I certainly would not have completed a page this past week. Between baby teething (and not sleeping), attending baby music and story classes, and trying to stay on top of the cloth diaper laundry, it help to have the blogger angel (or is it the devil?) wispering on my shoulder urgign me on. Printed the fianl wallet sized picture of me and my daughter just before sitting down to write this update.

My challenges this week were two fold. First the ever present matter of making time to scrapbook, and second a side mission to determine where to best print my pictures.

In the past I had relied heavily on Black's Photography, wonderful quality. And sometimes I would print myself on my Canon PIXMA MP500, lesser quality, but easier to get to, as long as I have ink in all the colours! I would often base my printing decision on the importance of the page I am working on and the reality of finances and timeliness at any given moment.

This week I decided to begin investigating some of the other stores in town that print digital pictures. What I discovered was that none of Superstore, Wal-Mart or London Drugs seemed able to print wallet sized pictures. Which is what my layout this week required. So, for the sack of timeliness I ended up printing my pictures on my own home printer. They are never quiet as good as the store prints, but I find the often suite a layout. And this week they did just that.
